Articles, newsletters, examples, figures and other content on this site are general information about IT delivery, AI and related topics. They are not legal, financial, tax, regulatory or other professional advice for your situation, and you shouldn't rely on them as such. Get advice that takes your circumstances into account before acting.
We work to keep content accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that it is complete, error-free or up to date. Examples marked "illustrative" are not real client results.
The FREE AI Readiness Assessment
The assessment is an automated self-assessment. Your report is based entirely on your own answers, scored with a fixed method, and is a starting point for discussion, not a formal audit, certification or guarantee of any outcome. The Detailed AI Assessment, if you engage us for it, is a separate paid service under its own agreement.
The Quinn Digital Assistant
Quinn is an AI system, not a person. It answers from the content of this website and can make mistakes or misunderstand questions. Its answers are general information, are not a quote, offer or professional advice, and don't create any agreement. Please check anything important with us directly, and don't share sensitive or confidential information in the chat.
Prices And Offers
Prices on this site are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST unless stated. They describe our standard packages and may change. Scope, price and terms are confirmed in writing before any work starts. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
Using The Site Properly
Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, sending spam or harmful content through the forms or the assistant, trying to make the assistant produce harmful or misleading content, or scraping the site in a way that harms its performance.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, logos, assessment method and software on this site belong to Quinn Consulting or our licensors. You may view, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use with attribution. You may not copy, adapt or republish material for commercial purposes without our written permission. Your own assessment report is yours to use within your organisation.

We link to other websites, such as LinkedIn, for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Our Liability
To the extent the law allows, we provide the website "as is" and are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the website, the assessment or the assistant. This doesn't exclude any rights you have that can't be excluded by law. If you use the site for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 doesn't apply, and that it is fair and reasonable for the parties to be bound by this.
